By creating an account or using Field Ops ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
Field Ops provides field-service management software, including job dispatch, quoting, invoicing, and compliance tracking, on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the Service and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, for tenant businesses, the Data Processing Agreement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field Ops is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
