This policy explains how Field Ops collects and uses personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Account details (name, email, company), job and billing records you enter into the Service, and technical information such as device and log data needed to operate the Service securely.
To provide and support the Service, to communicate with you about your account, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information. It may be shared with sub-processors strictly to operate the Service (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payment processing), under the terms of our Data Processing Agreement.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal-hold exceptions such as financial records required under tax law. Tenant businesses can action these requests directly from their account.
We maintain reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access logging, and tenant-level data isolation.
Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or anonymised according to your account's configured retention policy.
